The Tata Group forayed into the e-commerce sector with the launch of TataCliQ an omnichannel platform for the customers. Designed by TCS, Tata CLiQ has been built for the shoppers after years of research and observation. The portal was opened to consumers on the website, mobile site, and mobile apps. Based on a phygital model, the portal blends online and in-store shopping experience. TataCLiQ, the curated marketplace integrates virtual and physical presence with a “phygital model”. Consumers have the option to buy online and pick up products from partner stores of the group. The Tata group’s e-commerce venture offers electronics, apparel, footwear, accessories, and electronics.
To provide most authentic brand experience to luxury customers tatacliq has curated an assortment of high end fashion exquisite products on a platform. Tatacliq luxury is fashion and lifestyle destination that includes luxury brands like Hugo Boss, Armani jeans, Tumi, G-star, and more. In efforts to make exclusive products available on its platform, Tata group’s e-commerce venture partnered with 12 international brands. It also expands the portfolio of TataCLiQ that includes over a hundred international brands.
Tata CLiQ offers standard and express delivery modes. There is also order online and collect from store option that truly makes it an omnichannel e-commerce platform. Express mode promises delivery in 1-2 business days. However, the exact time depends on the product and pin code. Track your TataCLiq order under the order history tab after logging into your account and entering the tracking number that is delivered to you as a confirmation for a successful order via an email or SMS alert. In case you opted for a delivery from store option, the status will show ready for pick up from the store you wanted. An order is confirmed with an email and SMS alert that gives details about the order including the items ordered and the tracking ID.
Returns are simpler with Tatacliq place a request by selecting return in the order history tab of my account. A return can also be initiated by calling customer care or sending an email at email@example.com. For electronics and appliances a return request can be raised within 7 days of receiving the products for other categories there is a 30-day window. Once a return request is processed the pick-up is arranged within 7-8 working days. Products such as inner wear, perfumes, beauty care products don’t qualify for return.
